Rina Clothing accepts your orders placed from any part of the world and we ship your goods to any pin code address in the world. Don’t worry what ever is your quantity , we have a standard negotiated rate with DTDC / shipping companies which is uniform across the world at any given point of time and our shipping charges are based on the weight of the garment(s) purchased.

SHIPPING

We provide free shipping in India and outside india delivery is with free shipping for your first order

Your First Shipping irrespective of your delivery address is free .On the same address if you are ordering again we provide free international shipping for orders above USD 250 or based on your loyalty with the brand or ongoing promotion activities shipping charges will POP during checkout from Zero to Actuals accordingly

DELIVERY

We endeavour to deliver your order within 1-2 weeks, however due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order may further take up to 7 business days. You will be intimated via email upon dispatch of the order. Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-5 business days for delivery within India and 7-10 business days for deliveries outside India. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may cause delays for which Rina Clothing is not liable.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS :

You may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Rina Clothing has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from www.titlee.in, you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations, including but not limited to import duty laws of the country in which you are receiving the merchandise.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WITHIN INDIA

It is our endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit returns and exchanges within 10 business days of your receiving the package but only in case of the following reasons. No other requests will be entertained aside from those mentioned below.

1) Mismatch in Size between ordered Product and Received Product
2) Wrong product received
3) Damaged product received

In case of above exchanges, full invoiced amount will be returned back to your bank or against your written request the ordered product will be send free of cost to you.

OUTSIDE INDIA

4 SIMPLE STEPS TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR GOODS

You need to inform us by email within 48 hours of receiving the parcel on cs@titlee.in Just that you are returning the goods

Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return.You will get email confirmation within 48 hrs on receipt of your email.

Step 3
Please paste the return address slip on the packet which is send along the shipment

Step 4
We will arrange free pickup and deliver you the replacement / in case your demand refund within 15 days from the date of shipment.
